Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in one or more front-end programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, or ES6.
- Experience with front-end web frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, Lit, or Polymer.
- Experience with CSS.
- Experience or interest in using AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strong intuitive feel for product usability, interaction design, and user growth loops.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Own the full software lifecycle from technical design and API contracts to development, testing, and rollout.
- Design, build, and evaluate A/B experiments to optimize conversion funnels and user retention.
- Build and maintain scalable APIs and distributed backend services for consumer UI performance.
- Establish engineering best practices and mentor teammates while using modern, AI-integrated tooling.
