Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience in front-end focused programming languages including Javascript, Typescript, or ES6.
- Experience with one or more front-end web frameworks such as LIT, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with CSS.
- Experience or interest in using AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Ability to design and implement maintainable APIs (GraphQL, REST, HTTP, Thrift basics is a plus).
- Understanding of user-centric product usability and social dynamics.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment in remote or hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Client Engineers to translate business needs into reliable, low-latency technical solutions.
- Own the full software lifecycle from technical design docs and API contracts to development, testing, rollout, and observability.
- Design, build, and evaluate A/B experiments to make data-backed engineering decisions.
- Build and maintain scalable APIs and distributed backend services optimized for client consumption.
- Establish engineering best practices and mentor teammates to improve developer workflows.
