Job Details

Proven expertise supporting commercial transactions, particularly enterprise-level SaaS agreements and sales contract reviews.
Qualified to practice in an APAC jurisdiction.
Demonstrated comfort operating across multiple APAC jurisdictions and legal traditions.
Strong commercial drafting skills with the ability to craft clear, precise, and enforceable agreements.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to lead live negotiations directly with counterparties.
Experience with enterprise deals conducted on customer paper and RFx processes.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
Comfort working alongside automated triage and legal tooling.
Excellent English language proficiency for negotiations and internal collaboration.

Act as the primary legal advisor to APAC sales teams, providing timely and practical support on Terms of Service negotiations, contract redlining, and commercial agreement reviews.
Lead live negotiations with customers and their counsel on strategic and enterprise deals.
Serve as the Legal Primary DRI for APAC, ensuring escalations are handled in-region and in-time-zone.
Partner with Sales and Finance to structure and review commercial agreements that align with business objectives while mitigating risks.
Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and processes to support commercial transactions.
Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders to empower them to navigate commercial issues.
Coordinate with local counsel when jurisdiction-specific advice is required, translating that advice into practical guidance.
