- 8–12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
- 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
- Experience supporting high-growth consumer, retail, apparel, fashion, or e-commerce organizations.
- Demonstrated success building recruiting functions from scale-up through rapid growth.
- Strong experience recruiting executive, technical, creative, and operational talent.
- Expertise with ATS platforms, recruiting CRM systems, and sourcing technologies.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build scalable recruiting programs across all corporate, retail, warehouse, and technology functions.
- Establish annual hiring forecasts, recruiting budgets, and resource plans.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruiting team while coaching hiring managers on best practices.
- Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes and oversee ATS and recruiting technology.
- Develop and elevate employer brand and recruiting campaigns across digital channels.
- Lead executive and leadership-level recruitment and succession planning initiatives.
- Track and report on recruiting KPIs and use analytics to drive performance improvements.
