Requirements
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters.
- Experience in recruiting for roles such as SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and Content.
- Proven success recruiting executive and specialized leadership roles.
- Advanced proficiency with Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
- Power user experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby/Juicebox preferred).
- Ability to leverage recruiting analytics to drive hiring decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Manage a portfolio of high-impact and executive-level searches.
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies and provide compensation insights.
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Ashby ATS.
- Optimize recruiting workflows, interview processes, and reporting dashboards.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, and market mapping.
- Drive inclusive recruiting practices and champion exceptional candidate experiences.
