Requirements
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (digital marketing, technology, or professional services preferred).
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
- Proven experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, and Marketing/Rev Ops roles.
- Demonstrated success recruiting executive, leadership, and highly specialized roles.
- Expertise in sophisticated sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, market mapping, and referrals.
- Power user of ATS technology, with experience in Ashby or Juicebox.
- Proficiency in using recruiting analytics and data to drive hiring decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Personally manage a portfolio of high-impact and executive-level searches.
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies for critical roles.
- Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for Ashby ATS.
- Develop dashboards and recruiting analytics to monitor KPIs and hiring funnel health.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, scalability, and quality of hire.
