Requirements
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
- Proven experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, and Marketing/Rev Ops roles.
- Demonstrated success in executive and leadership recruiting.
- Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean searches, market mapping, and referrals.
- Proficiency as a power user in an ATS (Ashby experience is a plus).
- Strong data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and decision making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Personally manage a portfolio of high-impact and executive-level searches.
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies and report on recruiting progress.
- Own the full recruitment process from intake through offer negotiation and close.
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Ashby ATS.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor KPIs, hiring funnel health, and source effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing and People teams on employer branding initiatives.
