Requirements
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
- Experience in recruiting for marketing-related roles such as SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and Content.
- Demonstrated success recruiting executive, leadership, and highly specialized roles.
- Proven ability to develop sophisticated sourcing strategies using Boolean searches, networking, and market mapping.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Ashby.
- Proficiency in leveraging recruiting analytics and data to drive hiring decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to create a high-performance recruiting organization.
- Personally manage a portfolio of high-impact and executive-level searches across the business.
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Ashby ATS, optimizing workflows and reporting.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor KPIs, hiring funnel health, and recruiter performance.
- Drive consistent communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline health and market conditions.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience and foster inclusive recruiting practices.
