Requirements
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters or TA teams.
- Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, and Creative roles.
- Proven ability to recruit executive, leadership, and highly specialized roles.
- Strong proficiency in advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean searches and market mapping.
- Power user of ATS platforms, with experience in Ashby or Juicebox preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use recruiting analytics to drive hiring decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Manage a portfolio of high-impact and executive-level searches.
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies for critical roles.
- Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for Ashby ATS.
- Optimize recruiting workflows, reporting, and data-driven hiring processes.
- Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and hiring funnel health.
- Foster an inclusive recruiting culture and improve candidate experience.
