- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from application to job offer.
- Monitor automated hiring flows and intervene with a personalized approach when necessary.
- Conduct interviews for roles following the standard hiring process.
- Assess candidate communication skills, experience, and overall cultural fit.
- Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates.
- Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SupportYourApp.
