Requirements
- Experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role is preferred.
- Open to freshers interested in developing a career in recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with sales hiring and/or non-IT recruitment is an advantage.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet recruitment deadlines in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements for retail, sales, and other non-IT positions.
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates whose skills and experience align with open positions.
- Conduct candidate interviews using appropriate screening and selection methods.
- Assess applicants based on their skills, experience, communication abilities, and overall suitability for the role.
- Maintain an efficient recruitment workflow and deliver qualified candidate profiles within agreed turnaround times.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process and support a smooth onboarding experience for successful applicants.
- Manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
