Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising development.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Retail experience.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering at least one end-to-end MFCS implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL development.
  • Strong experience with Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Experience developing solutions using Oracle APEX.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Experience working with Kafka and messaging-based integration patterns.
  • Understanding of middleware and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle Retail Merchandising applications including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
  • Lead or contribute to full-cycle Oracle Retail implementation projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical designs.
  • Develop database components using PL/SQL and support processes using Unix Shell Scripts.
  • Build and integrate applications using Oracle APEX, REST APIs, and Kafka messaging.
  • Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance efficiency and solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define architecture and validate solutions.
