Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant QA/SDET experience in software testing or test automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA lifecycle, and quality engineering practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, FA, CM, PPM, Intercompany).
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, UFT, or Robot Framework.
- Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, Quality Center, or MTM.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong SQL skills for complex database validation.
- Experience performing integration testing across APIs, web services, and batch processes.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define QA strategies, testing plans, and estimates.
- Design and execute test suites for UI, API, integration, database, and performance testing.
- Perform QA across Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Develop scalable automated testing solutions using tools like Selenium, UFT, or Robot Framework.
- Conduct integration testing using batch processing, shell scripts, APIs, and web services.
- Maintain QA documentation including test plans, defect logs, and coverage metrics.
- Analyze root causes of defects and collaborate with developers to ensure resolution.
