Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software application development experience, particularly with distributed systems and cloud storage solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools such as DataDog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (architecture, design, implementation, Git, deployment, monitoring).
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience applying, securing, or supporting AI-driven solutions.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and reliable microservices and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and scale high-quality, secure, and highly available software systems.
- Build and evolve cloud-native microservices and REST/gRPC APIs for security operations and exposure management.
- Design and implement distributed systems using messaging platforms, search stores, and cloud storage technologies.
- Drive end-to-end technical execution, from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with front-end engineering teams to deliver performant APIs and services.
- Establish and maintain engineering practices that support scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
- Monitor system health, investigate production issues, and optimize service performance.
- Apply a DevOps mindset across development, deployment, observability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the development of engineering talent.
