Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience including technical leadership.
- Deep domain expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint management architectures.
- Extensive knowledge of device enrollment and policy enforcement for Apple, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android.
- Strong proficiency in Go and familiarity with Java, TypeScript, or other modern languages.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments like Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple teams from conception to completion.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, databases, and software architecture.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience working in geographically distributed, remote-first teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for complex initiatives across a modern device and IT management platform.
- Tackle large-scale technical problems while influencing architecture, product direction, and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and Architects to decompose and shape scalable technical solutions.
- Design and architect integrated solutions involving backend services, frontend components, and cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers and support their technical and career development on advanced challenges.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production alerts.
