- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling time-sensitive escalations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Proactive mindset with an interest in optimizing processes and SOPs.
- Familiarity with telecommunications, technology, or B2B events is advantageous.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and project management tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Executive Connect and Invite-Only programmes across multiple global events.
- Manage sponsor onboarding by capturing objectives, target accounts, and programme requirements.
- Drive targeted outreach and acquisition of senior decision-makers through tailored communications.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, resolve conflicts, and oversee onsite execution.
- Manage attendee wish-lists, vetting processes, and approvals to ensure high-quality session flow.
- Act as a primary point of contact for sponsors, providing guidance and resolving escalations.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned programme delivery.
- Analyze event data and retrospectives to identify improvements for future programme efficiency and quality.
