Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design.
- Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing digital learning and eLearning content.
- Strong understanding of instructional design fundamentals and learning principles.
- Proven ability to create clear and effective storyboards for digital learning experiences.
- Independent working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and/or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong content structuring and instructional writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for learners.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and translate content.
- Ability to work effectively with graphic designers, developers, senior designers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop instructional design documents and storyboards for engaging digital learning experiences.
- Translate source materials, business information, and subject matter expertise into structured, learner-friendly content.
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand content, validate accuracy, and shape learning solutions.
- Design and develop eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
- Conduct basic learning needs analysis to understand learner requirements and identify appropriate content approaches.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to translate instructional concepts into polished digital courses.
- Review completed courses and learning materials for instructional quality, accuracy, consistency, and usability.
