Job Details

2–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO Content, Editorial Strategy, or a related agency or in-house marketing role.
Experience developing content strategies that drive measurable performance across organic search, engagement, or business objectives.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and an interest in how AI-powered search is evolving content discovery.
Experience creating and managing a variety of content formats, including website content, blogs, thought leadership, and other digital marketing assets.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Experience using marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, Asana, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Own the strategy, direction, and delivery of performance-driven creative across a book of business ranging from 2-5 clients.
Translate performance data into clear creative direction, including testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and iteration plans.
Develop recurring static and video briefs grounded in platform best practices and performance insights.
Partner closely with media teams to align on testing strategy, scaling opportunities, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with design and production teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Analyze creative performance across platforms and synthesize learnings into actionable insights.
Present creative concepts, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
