Job Details

2+ years of experience in technical support or Professional Services consulting for enterprise cybersecurity SaaS.
Skilled in deploying and managing SaaS products across large customer environments.
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
Understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Strong technical analysis skills to diagnose and resolve deployment issues with limited information.
Proven ability to manage a high-turnover volume of concurrent projects and meet fast deadlines.
Ability to communicate complex technical steps clearly in writing to non-technical customers.
Experience using AI tools to templatize repeatable work.
Commitment to prioritizing customer needs and clear communication.
Nice to have: Experience in high-volume, digital, or tech-touch delivery models.
Nice to have: Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, API integrations, or a BS in a technical field.

Drive fast time-to-value at scale by managing a large, high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments.
Run an efficient, asynchronous deployment motion using structured communication and self-service enablement.
Monitor and triage deployment health daily, classifying and prioritizing accounts across a high-volume book.
Troubleshoot deployment blockers using internal runbooks and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Guide customers through product activation for IES, ATO, AISM, and Email Productivity across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Proactively manage risk by identifying blockers and coverage gaps early.
Maintain alignment with account teams regarding status, risks, and next steps.
