Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, business, project management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 10 years of progressively responsible technology or cybersecurity program delivery experience.
- Experience with multi-stakeholder government programs.
- Demonstrated management of deliverable-based contracts, integrated schedules, and project risk.
- Experience coordinating cybersecurity assessment, continuous monitoring, audit-support, or compliance work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to C-suite and senior government stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST risk-management concepts, and cybersecurity control testing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single accountable point of contact for OCIG and coordinate project management functions with the OCIG Contract Manager.
- Plan and conduct kickoff activities and maintain documentation for scope, roles, decisions, and risks.
- Own the Master Project Plan, maintaining milestones, staffing, testing waves, and access readiness.
- Coordinate system access through OCIG and Agency OIG channels and maintain the System Access Log.
- Enforce scope discipline and ensure all changes have written authorization.
- Provide daily updates during testing, bi-weekly reviews, and monthly project-plan submissions.
- Oversee the timely submission of all deliverables and manage the correction process through acceptance.
- Lead closeout reporting, lessons learned, and executive briefings.
