Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited university.
- Active independent clinical behavioral health license in the state of Nevada (LCSW, CPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
- Experience leading, building, and implementing programs and delivering outcomes.
- Strong management and compliance experience regarding laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Proven ability in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in case/care management within routine and crisis situations.
- Experience with Health Coaching or Medical Social Work (preferred).
- Experience with suicide prevention and crisis management for adolescents, young adults, or SMI populations (preferred).
- Experience managing interdisciplinary care teams (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead a remote care team of therapists and care extenders to deliver whole-person care.
- Act as a player/coach, directly supporting members in challenging situations and mentoring staff.
- Formulate and perform crisis interventions to ensure member safety.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document member progress toward personalized goals.
- Coordinate caseloads, schedules, and team training to meet Key Performance Indicators.
- Analyze team performance, conduct case reviews, and report on clinical outcomes.
- Partner with billing and health plan stakeholders to ensure service quality and compliance.
