Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Deep expertise in Southern European labor laws with a strong focus on Italian regulations (NCBA).
- Experience supporting complex employee relations and sensitive HR cases.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack.
- Knowledge of the EOR (Employer of Record) industry (preferred).
- Proven experience working across multiple Southern European countries (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
- Manage sensitive employee relations cases, attend meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
- Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
- Provide expert consultation on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning for Southern Europe markets.
- Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation strategies.
- Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and salary adjustments.
- Manage immigration and mobility requirements in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
- Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes and knowledge transfer.
