Requirements
- Healthcare experience.
- Prior Injury Coverage Coordination or Claims Management experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience, including the ability to sort, filter, formulate, and display data.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Subrogation process (preferred).
- Experience with FACETS Claims Platforms (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of SubroNow platform (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Investigate, coordinate, and resolve all types of claims for health plans, commercial customers, and government entities.
- Initiate phone calls to members, providers, and other insurance companies to gather coordination of benefits.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies, and contract compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
