Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Manager-level responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong employee relations experience, including conducting and managing investigations.
- Experience supporting performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change.
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
- Experience supporting a multi-location and/or multi-state workforce.
- Proficiency in payroll coordination and HR policy application.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR resource for managers and employees, coaching leaders on policies, performance expectations, and people-management matters.
- Conduct thorough, objective workplace investigations and coach managers through difficult employee situations.
- Partner with Payroll to ensure new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and other employee-status changes are captured accurately.
- Support managers through the performance-management cycle including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and performance plans.
- Facilitate HR-led training, including compliance training and manager-effectiveness programs.
- Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition on staffing needs, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
