Job Details

8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Proven track record of managing and developing direct reports.
Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
Experience translating high-level talent strategy into scalable operational plans.
Project and change management principles for HR processes and software platforms.
Strong technical acumen in compensation, benefits administration, and market benchmarking.
Experience managing vendor and consultant relationships.
Expert knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and multi-state labor compliance.
Experience navigating complex workplace conflict and sensitive employee relations.
Ability to prioritize against competing demands and meet deadlines.

Drive and deliver all aspects of the employee life cycle for a distributed workforce.
Oversee the Foundation’s core HR operations, multi-state compliance, values-aligned compensation and benefits plans, and HR policies.
Support people managers through coaching and training programs, strategic workforce planning, and lead managers through change management execution.
Partner with the Finance and Operations teams to deliver a best-in-class remote work environment.
Collaborate with, manage, and develop the Foundation’s HR Generalist.
Grow the employee experience, including continuous improvement of the Foundation’s ongoing performance management programming, formal onboarding and orientation frameworks, recruitment processes, and internal events.
Adapt and optimize HR systems to support a highly connected distributed workforce.
Partner with the CHRO to map, refine, and implement organization design changes.
Work closely with the CHRO and general counsel to manage organizational risk.
