Requirements
- 10+ years in healthcare services, consulting, or clinical services in a client-facing or client success role.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Track record of stabilizing at-risk client relationships and driving satisfaction.
- Familiarity with health plan lines of business (Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, Commercial).
- Understanding of how health plan and health system contracting works.
- Experience partnering with a commercial or account management function on renewal and expansion strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in business, public health, nutrition, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience with food-as-medicine, nutrition benefits, SDOH, or telehealth preferred.
- Experience building or scaling a client success function preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of Client Success Managers.
- Build hiring plans and participate in recruiting.
- Set expectations for account health monitoring and issue triage.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for executive-level client issues.
- Lead resolution for high-stakes client pain points across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Account Executive leadership on renewal and expansion strategy.
- Represent Client Success in cross-functional and executive conversations.
- Coordinate with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Support teams to resolve systemic issues.
- Partner with Data & Analytics to maintain client-facing utilization and performance reporting.
- Develop and evolve Client Success playbooks, health-scoring, and escalation frameworks.
