Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a solutions architect, solutions consultant, or implementation lead role.
- Direct experience in the creditors' rights or collections industry.
- Working knowledge of high-volume collections litigation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with data integrations, file-based data exchange, API documentation, and file specs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations with enterprise clients.
- Ability to travel onsite to client locations as needed.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales on discovery, demos, RFPs, and proposal development for collections clients.
- Map prospect portfolios to platform solutions, including jurisdiction-specific rules and post-judgment needs.
- Project manage implementations end-to-end including requirements gathering, data mapping, integration, and QA.
- Guide clients through bulk data exchange, API integration, and case management system mapping.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Service Delivery, Product, and Compliance.
- Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise in FDCPA, Regulation F, and service-of-process regulations.
