Requirements
- 7+ years in a solutions architect, solutions consultant, implementation lead, or similar client-facing role.
- Direct experience in the creditors' rights or collections industry (law firm, debt buyer, vendor, or technology provider).
- Working knowledge of high-volume collections litigation workflows (suit filing, service, judgment, and post-judgment enforcement).
- Hands-on experience with data integrations and file-based data exchange, including reading API documentation and file specs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations with enterprise clients.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills with ability to hold teams accountable.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with managing partners, operations directors, and IT leads.
- Ability to travel onsite to client locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Creditors Rights account executives on discovery, demos, RFPs, and proposals for collections law firms, debt buyers, and creditor legal departments.
- Design tailored service, e-filing, and data-exchange solutions including pricing, SLAs, and operational assumptions.
- Project manage new implementations end-to-end including requirements, data mapping, integration setup, pilot, QA, and go-live.
- Guide clients through bulk data exchange and integration with collections case management systems, including API usage and file specifications.
- Define success criteria for implementations and manage reporting through stabilization.
- Contribute roadmap input to Product and Service leadership based on regulatory and operational expertise.
