Requirements
- Deep experience working with enterprise customers in a post-sales, technical architect, or consulting role.
- Deep expertise in at least one data platform: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- At least 2 years of dbt experience, ideally including 1 year with dbt platform.
- Proficiency in writing SQL.
- Some experience with Python.
- Highly organized with experience in technical project delivery, including managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ability to communicate complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems clearly to stakeholders.
- Thrive in a remote, transparent, and collaborative organization.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% for customer visits and company offsites.
Responsibilities
- Work on impactful customer technical projects involving implementation, configuration troubleshooting, and best practice adoption.
- Consult on architecture and design to solve customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure strategic dbt platform customers successfully adopt and utilize the product.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Solution Architects, Training, and Support.
- Provide critical product feedback to engineering teams to prioritize customer requests and resolve engagement-specific issues.
- Maintain expertise in dbt and the modern data stack.
