Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in multifamily or industry leadership, business development, or program management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team.
- Proven experience leading through multiple layers of leadership, including developing and holding leaders accountable.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, and hearing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Asana preferred.
- Ability to utilize AI tools to streamline work.
- Available to travel at least once a month for retreats, summits, and industry events.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the program management leadership team, coaching and holding leaders accountable for goals and results.
- Define and steward the vision for program excellence, training, and delivery in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Ensure program management and training functions operate as a cohesive system to deliver quality and impact.
- Champion scalable systems, processes, and tools that improve program delivery, coordinator development, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to align operational capacity with sustainable growth initiatives.
