Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in localization or translation project management.
- Solid understanding of localization file formats and content types.
- Experience with CAT (Computer Assisted Translation) or TMS (Translation Management System) tooling.
- Strong proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering, QA, and vendor management teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with Smartling, Phrase, XTM, or MemoQ is preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS clients is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational point of contact and advisor for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of localization programs.
- Design and optimize localization workflows within Smartling’s platform and client-specific tools.
- Configure project lifecycles and tailor them to client-specific requirements, utilizing AI tools where applicable.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and team efficiency.
- Document best practices and maintain detailed project records.
