Job Details

8 to 10 or more years of product leadership experience.
At least one stint as a CPO, VP, or Head of Product at a sales tech, revenue intelligence, or sales engagement company.
Demonstrated track record scaling a B2B SaaS product from roughly $10M to $100M ARR in a hypergrowth environment.
Experience building a product org from the ground up, including hiring PMs and designing team structure.
Deep fluency with the sales-tech ecosystem: CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, sales engagement platforms, data vendors, and dialer tools.
Hands-on experience shipping products with AI/ML capabilities.
Proven ownership of voice-of-customer strategy, including personally running customer discovery interviews.
Experience with pricing and packaging, product-led growth, or platform and ecosystem strategy is a plus.

Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close partnership with executive leadership.
Design and build a multi-functional product org spanning Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design, and Customer Support.
Champion voice of the customer by personally conducting interviews and embedding a VoC discipline.
Drive time-to-first-value improvements as a core release-over-release metric.
Ship the roadmap on time, to spec, and within budget.
Expand the company's proprietary intent data category, including its narrative, positioning, and roadmap.
Drive net revenue retention, multi-product attach, packaging strategy, and the move upmarket.
Deliver positioning, messaging, launch assets, and enablement collateral for go-to-market execution.
