Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science within a fast-moving business environment.
- Proven track record of managing ambiguous, high-stakes data science problems.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data stacks including Snowflake and DBT.
- Experience with various BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Metabase, or Omni.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in building forecasting and causal inference models.
- Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
- Ability to contribute to shared, scalable semantic data models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience partnering with executive leadership.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently.
Responsibilities
- Architect optimization analyses and forecasts to identify opportunities across Growth, Strategy, Revenue, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate complex analyses into actionable business decisions and process changes.
- Design counterfactual analyses and A/B tests to drive data-driven evolution of user experience, product features, and customer journeys.
- Build and maintain data applications that automate and enhance sales and marketing processes.
- Own end-to-end data projects from initial business inquiry to shipping models and presenting recommendations.
- Contribute to the organization's semantic layer and DBT models to ensure a single source of truth.
- Create data science templates and guides for use by other data practitioners across the organization.
