Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership-level stakeholders.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ownership mindset with experience executing tasks end-to-end.
- Comfort working with tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and identify the decisions they inform.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses.
- Design and execute experiments to improve key business metrics.
- Surface data insights to stakeholders.
- Drive outcomes by making recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.
