Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence leadership.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders to drive buy-in.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for a core business area end-to-end (growth, product, AI, or partnerships).
- Define business problems and understand the decisions they inform before starting analysis.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface data insights that move key business metrics.
- Bring recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Drive end-to-end execution of data-backed decisions.
