Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence leadership decisions.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase.
- Familiarity with Jupyter Hub and GitHub workflows.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on fixing issues outside of immediate responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Define the right business problems before analysis and understand what decision the insights will inform.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights.
- Drive business outcomes by bringing recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Own the analytical function for a specific business unit end-to-end.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and inform decision-making.
