Requirements
- 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing leadership-level decisions.
- First principles thinker able to break down complex hypotheses.
- Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of critical domains.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business areas (growth, product, AI/automation, or strategic partnerships) end-to-end.
- Define business problems and understand the decisions being informed before conducting analyses.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to move key metrics.
- Surface actionable data insights and present recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Drive outcomes by telling stakeholders what is happening, why it is happening, and what next steps should be.
