Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment (scaling a business from 0 to 1) preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and hitting goals.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to deliver recommendations from complex datasets.
- Intermediate SQL experience strongly preferred.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with comfort working with stakeholders from all walks of life.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate without a set playbook.
Responsibilities
- Experiment using data-driven decision-making to run tests and lead improvement efforts.
- Optimize tools that drive quality in partnership with product and engineering teams.
- Analyze data to build models that evaluate economics and patterns.
- Execute test plans and initiatives to improve merchant and dasher quality.
- Collaborate across sales, partner management, operations, product, and business development.
