Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Proven experience building and shipping LLM-based agents or agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK, Pydantic AI, or LangGraph.
- Deep understanding of MCP, RAG, and building retrieval pipelines over complex data.
- Experience with multiple LLM providers and AWS Bedrock model selection and management.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
- Solid production engineering experience on AWS, including Docker, CI/CD, and observability.
- Product-oriented mindset with ability to define and measure success metrics.
- Daily experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows including tool use, retrieval (RAG), and multi-step orchestration.
- Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers for governed access to company systems.
- Own quality and cost through evals, telemetry, model versioning, and provider routing.
- Ship production services via CI/CD with testing, containerized deployment, and monitoring.
- Contribute to shared platform infrastructure including agent templates and LLM gateways.
- Scope, prioritize, and validate use cases directly with business stakeholders.
- Utilize agentic coding tools like Claude Code daily to verify and drive engineering outputs.
