Requirements
- Strong professional experience in software engineering and end-to-end product development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience developing backend services as well as user-facing software components.
- Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and database evolution.
- Hands-on experience creating RESTful APIs and integrating third-party systems, SaaS platforms, and internal services.
- Experience designing and evolving software architecture from the ground up.
- Knowledge of software monitoring, observability, performance tracking, and production practices.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control, testing, deployment automation, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders, understand their workflows, scope appropriate solutions, and deliver collaboratively.
- Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.
Responsibilities
- Partner with corporate teams to understand their workflows, identify problems, and translate business needs into effective software solutions.
- Own products end-to-end, covering discovery, technical design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
- Build backend services, integrations, and user-facing components that provide complete solutions to operational challenges.
- Design and evolve scalable software architectures, APIs, databases, and integrations with third-party and internal systems.
- Develop integrations with SaaS platforms and enterprise tools, helping connect systems and automate manual processes.
- Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders throughout solution discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration.
- Apply sound software engineering practices, including version control, automated testing, deployment automation, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Monitor application health, performance, and reliability through appropriate observability and monitoring practices.
