Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs like Claude Agent SDK, Pydantic AI, or LangGraph.
- Experience building MCP servers or equivalent tool layers and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with multiple LLM providers and AWS Bedrock (model routing, cost management).
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
- Solid production engineering experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and observability.
- Proven product thinking with an ability to define success metrics and own outcomes.
- Daily experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Clear communication skills in English with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows including tool use via MCP, RAG, and multi-step orchestration.
- Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers for governed access to company data.
- Own quality and cost through evals, golden sets, telemetry, prompt versioning, and provider failover.
- Ship through CI/CD pipelines including tests, containerized deploys, and monitoring.
- Contribute to shared platform components such as agent templates and the LLM gateway.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and validate AI use cases.
- Use agentic coding tools daily to drive development, verify outputs, and maintain quality.
