Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong aptitude for solving structured problems and organizing complex information.
- Comfortable working with numbers and performing data analysis to understand business trends.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on building reliable, scalable processes.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience or familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
- Interest in utilizing AI tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to contribute meaningfully from the start.
Responsibilities
- Support the processes, reporting, and workflows that help Customer Success and Renewals teams operate more efficiently.
- Analyze customer trends, operational metrics, and business performance to uncover actionable insights.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and simplify processes to enhance scalability.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, and Support teams.
- Create documentation, trackers, dashboards, and operational playbooks to improve organizational visibility and consistency.
