Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in senior go-to-market, sales, revenue operations, or related leadership roles.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally within $100M–$500M revenue scale organizations.
- Proven experience leading Strategy and Operations plus Deal Desk, GTM Technology, or Enablement.
- Experience with SaaS and recurring-revenue business models.
- Strong proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience implementing AI-driven sales technologies like predictive forecasting and conversational intelligence.
- Familiarity with scripting and low-code/no-code platforms for workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, strategies, and revenue management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and scale teams of managers and individual contributors.
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work.
- Ability to work for extended periods at a desk and with screens.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive sales strategy, objectives, and priorities in partnership with CRO and senior leadership.
- Develop and manage annual sales plans, quotas, budgets, and capacity forecasts.
- Establish KPIs, sales metrics, and reporting structures for visibility from individual contributors to board level.
- Oversee the Deal Desk function, including RFP management, pricing, and order processing.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize GTM technology stacks, including CRM and AI-driven sales tools.
- Design and administer competitive sales compensation plans.
- Develop and maintain sales training programs and foster professional development within the GTM organization.
- Lead change management initiatives to improve GTM efficiency, workflows, and revenue performance.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing team of 10–15 managers and individual contributors.
