Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years experience.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical commercial operations experience in enterprise data management.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing and managing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Strong proficiency in developing match rules, merge rules, and survivorship logic.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, EC2, Databricks, Snowflake, or Reltio).
- Required: Experience with MedPro and OneKey data.
- Strong understanding of data governance, identity resolution, hierarchy management, and data integration.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendors or offshore teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% for planning and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the business owner and architect for commercial master data domains including HCP, HCO, payer, patient, and product.
- Establish enterprise master data standards, business rules, and data lifecycle practices.
- Develop and optimize match rules, merge rules, survivorship logic, and deduplication processes.
- Establish and monitor data quality KPIs, scorecards, and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions including datasets, SOPs, and data dictionaries.
- Manage daily operations, releases, and production support for commercial data platforms.
- Coordinate offshore delivery teams and manage vendor performance against service levels.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Enterprise Architecture to maintain CRM and data warehouse integrations.
