Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human-Centered Design, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in software implementation, user adoption, user training, or change enablement.
Demonstrated success driving adoption of enterprise or off-the-shelf software solutions.
Experience with digital adoption platforms such as SAP WalkMe or comparable technologies.
Strong ability to quickly understand business processes, workflows, and user needs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environments is highly desirable.
Experience with SAP environments, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 20% and work extended hours as needed.

Develop and execute comprehensive user adoption strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design tailored onboarding and enablement experiences for different user personas.
Establish and manage champion and super-user networks across business functions and locations.
Define and optimize adoption metrics, training effectiveness, and user behavior indicators.
Design contextual support using AI-enabled tools like SAP Joule, WalkMe, and Microsoft Copilot.
Manage information architecture and knowledge repositories to support self-service capabilities.
Coordinate learning programs including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced sessions.
Partner with IT, deployment teams, and vendors to align training with project milestones.
