Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, digital-transformation consulting, or enterprise software rollout.
- At least one full-cycle deployment experience.
- Strong workshop and training design and delivery skills with live facilitation experience.
- Practical, daily AI fluency (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, agentic workflows, prompt engineering).
- Expertise in change management, adoption, instructional design, and adult learning.
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and drive usage and value realization.
- Knowledge of AI governance, data classification, and responsible-use frameworks.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in management-consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is a strong plus.
- Experience running assessments, feedback sessions, and executive updates.
Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize team workflows and identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Design and deliver hands-on training workshops and enablement programs.
- Develop and maintain a shared library of prompts, skills, and templates.
- Manage change within client teams by identifying and removing adoption blockers.
- Ensure all enablement plans align with data-governance, security, and responsible-AI policies.
- Measure and report on adoption metrics, ROI, and business impact to client stakeholders.
- Facilitate transition to self-sufficiency and identify opportunities for account expansion.
