- Technical credibility as an engineer or engineering leader with experience in system architecture and technical trade-offs.
- Strong expertise in Jobs to Be Done product development methodology.
- Proven experience with scaled digital products, particularly in marketplaces, subscriptions, or advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement practical AI applications.
- Strong strategic prioritization and evidence-based decision-making skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with experience engaging directly with product details and technical teams.
- Proven ability to develop talent, build high-performing teams, and create organizational followership.
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with modern technology stacks including JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, AWS/GCP, and Stripe.
- Experience operating effectively in a remote-first organization across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and adoption of AI-powered products for users, customers, and internal teams.
- Translate company objectives and customer needs into a focused product strategy and roadmap.
- Advance a pragmatic Jobs to Be Done approach using customer evidence, prototyping, and experimentation.
- Guide the evolution of web, mobile, email, payments, data, and search platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop advertising and growth-focused products.
- Foster operational alignment between product and engineering to improve execution and decision quality.
- Engage directly with customers, data, and technical prototypes to ensure meaningful product outcomes.
