Requirements
- Proven record of building, shipping, and scaling successful digital products with clear business impact.
- Technical credibility with experience as an engineer or managing engineering teams.
- Deep fluency in Jobs to Be Done product development.
- Ability to reason directly about architecture, data, feasibility, and technical trade-offs.
- Exceptional prioritization skills with the ability to concentrate resources on key bets.
- Hands-on operating style, including prototyping and direct inspection of data.
- Track record of developing talent and leading with curiosity and candor.
- Experience with small and midsize business products is a plus.
- Experience with programmatic advertising, marketplaces, subscriptions, or local commerce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI product development for end-users, customers, and internal workflows.
- Define product strategy and roadmap with clear outcomes and trade-offs.
- Build a rigorous product development practice focused on prototyping, validation, and learning.
- Advance core digital portfolio, including web, mobile apps, and shared platform capabilities.
- Partner with the Revenue team to develop advertising and commercial products.
- Lead and align Product and Engineering functions to raise the quality of decision-making and delivery.
