Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in product management, consulting, analytics, data product management, EHR integrations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with EHR integrations, with Epic experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data, including clinical, claims, EHR, or similar datasets.
- Experience working with complex datasets and technical systems, with strong structured problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, with the ability to understand technical architectures and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data ingestion, data quality, specifications, workflows, and data-driven product development.
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with customers and partners.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proactive and adaptable, with the ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and independently drive outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile product development and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and day-to-day product management for EHR and Data Engineering pods, including leading and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Lead new product development across a growing portfolio of EHR integrations, including Epic, Athena, Cerner, Vim, and other relevant systems.
- Manage relationships and ongoing collaboration with EHR and integration technology vendors.
- Develop deep expertise in healthcare data and industry standards, translating analytical insights into scalable product and operational solutions.
- Structure ambiguous business and technical problems by defining requirements, workflows, data specifications, and business logic from ingestion through actionable insights.
- Own product and data specifications and establish clear standards for data ingestion and management.
- Analyze and validate large datasets to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and verify the accuracy and reliability of product and customer data flows.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data-quality issues while supporting data-quality KPIs, monitoring capabilities, and self-service tooling.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to establish documentation, frameworks, operating processes, and repeatable workflows.
- Lead cross-functional execution by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving initiatives from problem definition through delivery.
