Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX or product design, including 2+ years in a leadership, strategic, or senior role.
- Experience designing B2B products and complex, multi-step, high-volume workflows.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Track record of leading large-scale design initiatives with measurable value.
- Deep expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Miro.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and translation to strategic decisions.
- Experience coaching designers and developing team capability.
- Experience working across multiple product domains and platforms.
- Understanding of technical constraints and modern development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define UX strategies, frameworks, and operating approaches for complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Lead planning sessions and cross-functional alignment activities to establish scope and priorities.
- Shape research agendas and integrate insights to guide strategic design direction.
- Create scalable information architecture frameworks across multiple workflows and systems.
- Design system-level interaction models and reusable experience frameworks promoting accessibility.
- Establish visual direction and contribute to design standards and systems.
- Oversee design delivery and implementation planning across product teams.
- Facilitate high-impact design workshops and cross-disciplinary planning sessions.
- Develop design narratives to communicate strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach designers through complex problem spaces.
